The Museum of Thieves

Lian Tanner is an Australian children’s author who has written lots of amazing books, including ‘The Museum of Thieves’, which is the first in the Keepers trilogy.

This book is set in the city of Jewel where Golden Roth (Goldie) is trapped in punishment chains and longing for freedom. So begins an adventure full of brizzlehounds, slaughter birds and a blue bird brooch so amazing, Tanner needed three books to fit it all in.

Goldie escapes from the punishment chains, to the Museum of Dunt where her talents for thievery could save the lives of everyone she loves….

Read the book to find out more about the world of Goldie Roth.

This book opened up an entirely new and original dystopian world that I could escape into. Every time I read it I wished I could be like Goldie, bold, brave and loyal. This beautiful mix of adventure and fantasy brought a new meaning to magic in my life.

I rate this book 9/10, this book should defiantly be in the top 5 books you HAVE to read, so put it on your bucket list before you forget.

You’re in the Museum now and anything can happen!’
